Its early and I've only been taking this for a few weeks, but so far no negative effects and I have noticed some increase in endurance and energy.
In truth I have been using this for less than a month which I believe is not sufficient time to manifest a noticeable improvement in the direction I would expect from this product. But, I have not found any immediate negative issues, so that alone is a benefit.
