I’ve taken magnesium L-threonate and glycinate separately for quite a while, alternating between the two, and honestly never noticed much of a difference with either. I was on this website for a completely different supplement when I came across these gummies and figured I’d give them a try. I was skeptical, but for the first two days I was mostly just excited to actually WANT to take my magnesium for once! I take a stack of supplements in the morning and another in the evening, and most nights I groan at the thought of swallowing one more pill. Not anymore. These taste great and actually feel like a treat. One evening, I had brushed my teeth and realized I hadn't taken my gummies. So, I took my gummies (not recommended too soon after brushing) and brushed my teeth again. 🤣 By the third day, I realized something: I’m sleeping better. Within about two hours of taking them, I actually feel sleepy. I fall asleep more easily, and — more importantly — I stay asleep. That is HUGE for me. I have ADHD, and consistent, restful sleep has always been hard to come by. I genuinely didn’t expect to notice a difference, especially after taking other forms of magnesium without much effect. I’m stocking up now before I run out!
